Since 2017, Bakashana has been mentoring youth through our Girls and Boys Clubs. These clubs are organized, led, and facilitated by our youth staff. The clubs have helped more than 1,000 youth to learn a diverse array of skills, including: sexual and reproductive health rights; gender equality; entrepreneurship; life-skills; and of course, the importance of staying in school while avoiding early marriage and pregnancy. Youth are able to access services at our health center while participating at clubs at our resource center. To learn more about our Education program, head back to our Education Services Page.
Bakashana is a community-based, grassroots program. Your contribution, however modest, directly impacts not only the young women we assist, but also their families and greater community.
