With less than $65,000 in 2017:
1,152 direct beneficiaries were served 57 young women on scholarship were able to stay school

As a small, grassroots organization, Bakashana prides itself in effectively, honestly utilizing every penny to reach truly deserving, vulnerable women in our Community. We live and work with our sisters in Kasama, using their feedback and participation to design and implement programs which accurately empower Zambian Women.

We are proud to share our financial statements as a matter of transparency, accountability, and as an assurance to our Donors that our grassroots approach ensures that each Dollar donated makes real impact in the lives of those who need and deserve assistance.

 

Bakashana is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity registered in the United States, and also a Not-For-Profit Company registered with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) in Zambia.
